All decked our for Art Deco Week
This weekend is Art Deco weekend in sunny Hawkes Bay so we celebrated at BestStart Montessori Taradale by dressing up (yes, even the teachers) and enjoying some delicious Art Deco themed treats... so yummy and so much fun! While we do not expect our tamariki to understand that Art Deco is relevant to Hawkes Bay due to the rebuilding after the 1931 earthquake, this is part of our local culture which many will celebrate and enjoy over the weekend with their families.
