Celebrating Mother's Day at First Steps Newmarket
"To the world you are a mother, but to your family you are the world"
Yes we celebrated these amazing mums at First Steps Newmarket and we are sure we need to celebrate them every day.
We acknowledged all our lovely mums, grandmothers, nanas and all the other special whanau in our children's life on Thursday 9th of May. They enjoyed morning tea with their children and had a great time taking part in the fun games. They enjoyed this valuable time they got to spend with their lovely children experiencing all the fun of being a child again.
The children made lovely gifts for their mums. They made a beautiful card, a bouquet and a necklace to show their love.
Thank you to all the parents and whanau who were able to join us on the very special day which celebrates all that mothers do for their children!
