Christmas Celebrations at BestStart Stokes Valley
December is often the most exciting month of the year for many tamariki. We always make Christmas a very exciting time for them with parties, making decorations, singing songs, doing kind things for one another or the community and of course having fun with water as summer gets closer and closer.
BestStart Stokes Valley is lucky to be part of the 'Shoe Box Christmas' programme, where each of our tamariki receive a gift donated from some kind member of the community. It's a great way to tell tamariki we think they are very special and are our future. The joy is always fantastic and helps tamariki to learn all about gratitude.
