It was very timely the tuff turf was being installed, children observed with enthusiasm and teachers were able to discuss with them many aspects of planning, mapping, measuring and numeracy. Children were also very creative and reinvented the cones into motor bikes. The motor bike sounds were very loud, isn't it amazing how loose parts can be enhance children's pretend play.
