Art Deco Week is a very important festival in Napier and we at BestStart Napier Central celebrate it every year and have a high tea with all the children and parents.  We dress up in 1930s outfits and listen to 1930s music and share some yummy cakes, sandwiches and scones.  This helps us celebrate what is very important to the Napier community and helps children feel connected to their wider community.
