During the last week we have been busy creating a special mailbox for our centre. Today we began writing letters to Santa, posting them into our mailbox which has a direct link to the North Pole. Have you written your letters to Santa at home? If not, you can drop your letters off at school and post them in our letter box. It seems that over the weekend, we’ve had a special delivery to our mailbox. This morning, we looked inside and found letters from Santa. Such a wonderful surprise. Thank you, Santa.

Children develop their hand eye co-ordination by controlling where they want to make pencil marks. At first very young children will explore what marks they can make and as they gain confidence and control, they will purposefully plan for their marks to represent their ideas and feelings. What a fantastic letter writing activity!

Later on in the week, we had a Christmas disco party in the centre!

Yummy treats - Pizza, strawberries, grapes, sponge cake, mango lassi and then to top it all off, ice blocks. A wonderful day had by our children and teachers!  Children Wore their favorite party outfit as we said farewell to 2021.

A Merry Christmas to you all. We wish you a very safe and happy holidays and we are looking forward to sharing another exciting year with you and your children in 2022.
