Since returning from lockdown our gardens at BestStart Burnside have needed some much-deserved love and attention. In the nursery we decided to get our gardening tools out and get stuck into it. We spent a beautiful afternoon outside working in collaboration digging in the dirt and planting seeds. We can't wait to watch them grow!

Gardening is a wonderful experience for our tamariki to become involved in as it allows them to develop a sense of the world around them and how to care for living things.

He taru ana I taku

It will be done; It's our garden
