Giving back to our community at ABC Kawaha Point
We have decided this will take place every first Thursday of every month. Over the last month the tamariki have been making jams, relish and lemon curd with all donated veges and fruits to the centre from our whanau and community. Therefore in return we wanted to give back to our whānau and community by showing our gratitude with our Thankful Thursday table. This way we also teach children about giving back to others and the community. We also encouraged whānau and the community who have excess produce to bring along today to share with our wider community.
