We were  all excited to get dressed up in yellow for Daffodil day at BestStart South Road. We made yellow cupcakes with our tamariki for afternoon tea and dressed the room in yellow toys, playdough and decorations. 

Giving back to those in need is something that BestStart South Road is very proud of. We really treasure kindness and making connections with the community. 

Daffodil Day symbolises hope for the 1 in 3 New Zealanders affected by cancer.The money we raised as a centre will be used to support patients with cancer and their and families, fund breakthrough cancer research and help reduce the incidence of cancer for our children and grandchildren. We are so proud to have such a kind and giving family here.
