What a fabulous turnout for our Grandparents and Special Person Day at BestStart Havelock North. The playground took on a magical feel with all of the children and their Grandparents and Special People.  

Our Tamariki were invited to bring along a teddy or special toy for the occasion. Isabelle’s Grandma D, brought in her own teddy that was well loved from her own childhood, such a special memory.  

Luke got to Skype to his Grandparents in America. Our special guests enjoyed a sumptuous spread of sausage rolls, scones with cream and jam and a variety of iced delights, plus some delicious club sandwiches.  Coffee and tea was served and our guests relaxed and enjoyed their time with their grandchild or special person. 

A big thanks to our centre Chef Debbie who once again added her little touch of sunshine to the food.   We value the support our families and whanau give to our centre by being involved in special occasions. Thank you all for taking the time to come and share the love with your little ones.
