Huge Bubble Fun!
Wow what an amazing experience we carried out with the tamariki. During our school holidays we ran a fun time programme with different themed days and one of our highlights was science day making giant bubbles. Some children explored being inside a bubble, standing still and watching the bubble form around them, the rest of us watched the amazing creation and build up the excitement when it popped! Some of our older children experimented with making their own bubble showing great determination and concentration as they problem solved how to hold the hula hoop and adjust their speed and balance through hand eye coordination while pulling the hula hoop up to make a bubble! We are looking forward to revisiting this learning experience again.
