The joy was in the preparation: making stars and food prep. All tamariki were invited to help us peel the potatoes and cut the vegies. What a lovely time we had. There were three songs and then we had kai together as a learning community. We enjoy having nights like this where we celebrate Maori culture and simply can be together during a meal.
