Little steps to a big future in lockdown
Our BestStart Whanagamata tamariki have been busy during the lockdown period with so many fun family activities. Collecting taonga and making a treasure box ensured lots of dads got their toolboxes out and worked alongside their adoring children. There were walks on the beaches, family dinners and art creations everywhere. The connections made during this time were shared with our teachers which ensured our little whanau were prepared.
Our vision for our centre is “little steps to a big future” - these families are definitely taking steps to ensure they have a bigger, brighter future!
