Matariki 2021 at BestStart Paraparaumu
Today we celebrated Matariki with our whānau, community and tamariki. What a lovely evening it was where kaiako (teachers) could really spend quality time with our whanau getting to know them on a deeper level.
Fun was had decorating huruhuru/feathers to add to a centre korowai, lantern making and many other activities. Highlights for whānau was having their photo taken and being able to spend time looking at all the mahi their tamariki have created over the past few months.
