New Learning experiences!
Happy new year and Welcome Back for another year, full of joy and new experiences. We have welcomed some new friends and their family, and it was great having some of our old friends at BestStart Coronation in the beginning of this new year.
Bubble play has been all-time favorite of our tamariki. The learning was wrapped in fun as they watched bubbles floating and feeling them land on their skin watching bubbles float and feeling them land on their skin, or scrunching coloured paper to hear the noise, feel the contours and see the shapes change They were offered with many different learning opportunities where they could channelize their problem solving, reasoning, thinking ability and they loved exploring science and sensory experiences. Sensory play allowed our children to sharpen the skills to build an understanding of objects, spaces, and people. Nursery team gave the retouch to their beautiful room to inculcate the 16 learning areas of play in children’s daily learning experience.
We will continue to support our tamariki with rich learning opportunities throughout the year to make them competent learner and see them growing as a holistic learner.
