Our Bake Sale for Plunket

On Friday the 15th of March, we decided to have a bake sale to help raise money for Plunket.

Along with our tamariki doing some baking for the centre, we asked our staff and parents to bring in baked goods for us to sell.  What was really awesome was that we reminded our families that we are a healthy heart centre and if they wouldn't mind using less sugar in their baking or instead, baked us items that contained fruit.  Well most of our whanau came to the party and were very excited to let us know that they supported our healthy heart cause.

All and all, it was a fantastic day with us nearly selling out at the end of the day which we thought would be impossible.
