With the current alert level restrictions, it is recommended we play outside as much as possible. With the wonderful warm kiwi Summer we have enjoyed so far, we have also been enjoying a lot of alfresco dining. 

With the stormy weather from the weekend seemingly moved on, today we’ve back outside, where we had a lot of water fun and worked up an appetite. Being physically active is an important part of children’s growth and development. It supports them to gain control of their bodies and grow in confidence. They learn that physical activity feels good and helps release tension which is great for their wellbeing.
