Shopping for bananas!
The tamariki have been busy shopping at the local shop this morning. Sheryl, our new cook, said we needed some bananas. So off we went to the shops. The children took their own shopping bags.
This excursion links the tamariki play with real life experiences. It also links the centre and home experiences, as the tamariki are very knowledgeable about shopping!!
It was another opportunity for the tamariki to be out in our local Kamo community. Our tamariki, kaiako and pram are quite well known in Kamo now!
