Inside we had target practice with bean bags, outside we had a whole variety of things including boxing, weightlifting, running races, horse races (noodles were our horses), various ball games and gymnastics. The children have been non-stop all day, exploring their bodies and it's capabilities and most importantly, having a laugh and a bit of fun!
