St Johns visit EduKids Papatoetoe
It was great to have our children learning about how to respond to different emergency services - Ambulance, Police and
Fire. They learnt what to do in a situation when a person is sick or had a broken bone or need a help or if there is a fire. Children explored the sounds of the emergency trucks and the equipment that they use to provide the services. Through this learning
experience, children developed language skills, social skills, self-help skills, empathy, literacy, numeracy and moreover learning about their local community and how to approach them.
