 We invited the whole centre whanau to bring: 

  • Pyjamas 
  • Your favourite story book from home
  • Your teddy as teddies love picnics and story time!
  • DVD'S or movies that reflected children's unique culture and heritage. 

We had a fun day having a teddy bears picnic with some delicious morning tea followed by storytelling. We had our whanau join us for morning tea and great opportunity for sharing stories from different cultures. Our older siblings came and spent time reading to the younger children.
