Teddy Bear Sleepover
What a lot of holiday fun our tamariki are having at BestStart Raumati. Everyone got the chance to bring their teddy’s for a sleep over last night!
When all the tamariki had left for the day, Kaiako Janice and Robyn settled all the teddys for the night in the BestStart Raumati bedroom. BUT….after Janice and Robyn left……all the teddy’s decided to wake up and get up to some mischief!
While some of the teddy’s kept watch at the waving window……….the other teddy’s checked out the centre and what they could explore. The nappy change room proved to be lots of fun……..trying on nappies, pulling out the wet wipes and trying on the kaiako gloves! The teddy’s also found some rolls of toilet paper and you can guess what they did with that…………..they made a slippy slide along the floor and rolled themselves up in it. After all that exercise the teddy’s were feeling a little hungry………so they headed into Kylee’s kitchen. They wrote a message with the tomato sauce and made themselves jam sandwiches!
After filling their tummy’s they all ventured off for some more adventures….reading books, playing with duplo and magnets, painting and a bit of disco dancing
