Up close and personal with a baby shark
The Tahi Room at BestStart Napier Central have been learning about sea creatures recently. The children have been doing some wonderful art and were lucky enough to be able to touch a real baby shark which was caught by Lily's dad. This was a wonderful experience for the children as they got touch it's rough skin.
To extend on this interest we went to the local aquarium. The children enjoyed seeing the sea creatures and even got to watch the penguins being fed. The highlight was seeing the diver feeding the fish. "No dream too big" is our vision and we can't wait to make more dreams come true.
