Some of our older children enjoyed going for a walk down to Chatswood Retirement Village to spend some time with the residents there.  While we were there, we played parachute games, shared our profile books with the residents and sang some waiata.  After this, we shared some yummy morning tea that Chatswood provided for us.  All the children and the residents loved this experience and we plan on making this a regular event.
