When the firemen came to Marshland Rd
The Prepschool has been learning about transport as part of that interest on the 30th of May we had the firemen come and visit our whole centre. We were all very excited as we got to watch them dress up in their gear (including their oxygen tank) they even let us touch their mask. They asked us lots of questions about fire safety and what we need to do if there is a fire at home and that its really important for us to wait at our letterbox if we evacuate a fire so they can find us. We loved exploring their firetruck and seeing all the cool things inside it. When we were almost at the end of our visit with them all their pages went off and they had to leave to go to an emergency we loved being able to see them leave with all their lights and sirens going.
