We are very privileged to have one of our children's parent come and share her knowledge and teach us yoga at Kindy.  It has proven that exercise is one of the greatest things we can do for our body and mind - especially so for the growing body and mind. 

We are learning about spatial body awareness, relaxation and movements our body can make.

It's such an amazing opportunity for our children to participate in while at kindy and adds a beautiful calm approach to our daily rituals.
