Yoga classes start at BestStart Coast Boulevard
We begin with chanting "Om" and greeting each other with "namaste". After that we do a quick warm up and some breathing exercises called pranayama, once we are warmed up we then we sink our teeth into a couple of asana positions before laying down for savasana, which is every-bodies favourite part of the class... "Can we do the laying down relaxing part?" is the question we hear the most each day now!
