Children are at the heart of everything we do. A passion for children and an understanding of their families and wider communities underlie every aspect of our organisation. We aren’t just committed to growing our own teaching team, we know that we can make a bigger impact by sharing our knowledge and opportunities with the wider ECE community too.
We know that by doing this, we are helping support all children, not just those who attend our centres. This sits strongly with our core value of commitment to quality education for every child. As an employer, we offer teams ongoing, regular PLD to support their learning and development because we know this in turn supports our children’s learning and development.
