Special Person's Day
Special Person's Day - September 2023! As part of our holiday programme we held a special person's day! All of our tamariki were able to invite their special person to come along and join us for either Morning Tea or Afternoon tea. We had a wonderful turn out of Gradnparents, Aunties, Uncles, Cousins, Mums, Dads, Siblings - the list goes on!! We had some fun activities set up for our tamariki to do with their special person! The centre was buzzing with lots of people and lots to do and see! Our tamariki said they loved having their special person come in to the centre and their favourite thing to do in the preschool room was making special handprint art to take home and remember the day by, and making braclets and necklaces with their special person! Babies enjoyed playing outside in the sandpit and then with playdough with their special person. And in Toddlers they loved showing their special people the swings and playing with gloop!!
