It has been a busy and exciting time in our under 2's rooms as we warmly welcome several new pēpi into our learning community.
Our kaiako have been working closely with whānau to support smooth transitions, following home routines and providing loving, responsive care so each child feels safe, secure and settled.
Our pēpi have also been enjoying a range of learning experiences. As part of a cultural exploration, they created Samoan siapo-inspired artwork, using patterned stamp rollers to make unique prints. This creative activity supported their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination and self-expression.
Alongside their artistic learning, our tamariki have been building confidence through active play. From tummy time and supported sitting to furniture cruising and first steps, it has been wonderful to watch each child develop new physical skills at their own pace.
We love seeing our pēpi grow in confidence, strengthen their sense of belonging and thrive as they learn and explore every day.
