Do you children love brownies and always wanting something sweet? Give this healthy Black Bean Brownie a try instead!

Ingredients:
- 350gm Black beans & chickpeas
- 60g coconut oil
- 100gm dark chocolate (70% +)
- 3 eggs
- 20gm cocoa powder
- 50gm coconut sugar
- 1tsp baking powder
- 50g frozen raspberries or walnuts
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160
- Place beans, chickpeas, coconutoil, eggs, cocoa, melted chocolate and coconut sugar into a food processor orhigh-speed blender and blend for 3 minutes or until smooth.
- Then add baking powder andfrozen fruit or walnuts if using and pulse until all incorporated.
- Transfer mixture into preparedslice tin and smoother down with an offset spatula
- Bake for 25mins or until justcooked through
- Once cooled cut into desiredsize, these freeze well and only take a cooked of minutes to defrost on thebench or in a lunchbox. I like this best the next day from the fridge, they geta moreish fudgy texture inside
