This June, join us at BestStart Portage Road Kindy for our Koha Room event! Families in our community are invited to come along and access essential items such as clothing and toys to help support you and your whānau over the winter season.
While you’re here, enjoy a sausage sizzle (with chicken and halal options available), connect with other families, and meet our friendly teaching team. This is a wonderful opportunity to share kindness, support one another, and celebrate community together.

Outdoor activities:
- Bouncy castle
- Face painting
- Balloon twisting
- Candy floss
- Sausage sizzle (chicken/halal options available)
Indoor activities:
- Classroom open for viewing
- Koha donation area where families can choose items they may need
