Babies

Children under 2

Babies love to look, touch and taste new things and explore the world around them.

In our centres, we ensure there are carefully chosen, wonder-filled resources to discover as they begin to make sense of their new world.

Our specialised teachers develop one-on-one relationships with your child. We know the importance of making special time to build strong relationships with lots of cuddles, smiles and songs. This sets the foundation for learning at an early age, building confidence and a sense of trust with our teachers as they introduce your baby to music, movement, art and language.

Our teachers know routines are important. They work with you to ensure your baby’s routines are maintained. We always encourage you to talk with us and we make time to talk with you, building your trust in us as we become part of your child’s world.

Toddler

Children 2-3

Toddlers are curious; wanting to explore the world around them, independently.

Toddlers need to be challenged physically and socially in an environment that is loving, nurturing and safe - and also filled with exciting resources to keep lively toddlers captivated.

Our programmes for toddlers are built with a balance between care moments and the philosophy of ‘play with a purpose’. Our teachers set up activities such as dressing up, painting or an obstacle course, playing alongside your toddler to teach them skills. We know when we play alongside your child, they have the confidence to explore with the safety of a teacher they trust and are comfortable with.

We work with you to discover what your toddler likes to do, the stories and songs they love and even the things they are less confident about, to create a programme which is focused on them and getting the most out of their learning.

This is also a period where children begin to really interact with each other and form bonds and relationships with those around them. Important social emotional development skills are developed and practiced as they learn to interact with others.

Preschooler

Children 3-4

Preschoolers become increasingly independent. They are keen to contribute to the world around them and are more confident in themselves and their abilities.

Friendship, exploration and adventure happen every day in our centres. We know all children learn in different ways, so our teachers help your preschooler learn in the way that is best for them, at their own pace and in their own time.

Social and emotional development skills are further developed, as children solidify relationships and bonds and build on their self regulation skills. Our teachers create moments that will spark the imagination of your preschooler, supporting them to investigate their own ideas and interests. We’ll challenge your child to think, reflect, problem solve and work cooperatively, giving them moments to shine.

We’ll teach your child skills for life, encouraging them to take responsibility for their belongings, make friends and feel comfortable with trying new things as they prepare for the next step in their learning journey.
