A Bay Kindy kind of Diwali
On Friday the 20th of November, BestStart Bay Kindy hosted our Diwali celebration. It was a lovely little gathering where the families brought in a plate of food to share at afternoon tea. The parents got to sit back and watch the children sing a few songs and dance. Later on in the day our own Kelly-Anne did some Henna hand art on the children and some of the creations were amazing. We were even spoilt enough to have one of our Indian Aunties come in and share with her how she does the Henna also. It was a fabulous event, enjoyed by everyone.
