If you ask our people to use one word to describe BestStart as an employer the most common word they use is supportive. It’s just the way we do things around here.

Our support can look really different for different people, it might be support to help get you through your studies, it might be support to help you step up as a leader or even support to get you through a tough time.  No matter what, we have the people or the process to support and help our people be able to come to work each day and be their best.

We highly value the work our people do and offer a range of benefits in return for the commitment they give us each day.  Our people are able to enjoy extra sick days and health insurance, get a 50% discount on their fees if their child attends one of our centres or a School’s Out After School programme.  We also pay for all our teachers to gain or renew both their registration, certification and first aid.
