Our annual BestStart Puketaha Christmas party was held this year, a little different than years gone by, but much loved and enjoyed none the less. Instead of having our whanau for dinner, we held a party like no other for all the children to engage in. We had two bouncy castles, a water slide, animal balloons, face painting, bubble machines and Christmas themed kai! The ice cream was definitely a crowd favourite. It wouldn’t be a Christmas party without the man in red, and this year arriving on a vintage tractor from the 1940’s. The children were very excited to receive their gifts and be able to have a korero with Santa before he had to get back to the North Pole.
We love celebrating Christmas with the tamariki here, the excitement for the month of December buzzes through the air.
