A visit from Tock
Last week we had a lovely visit from somebody very special...Tock the time travelling robot! Tock and his author June Burney came to visit us and share their amazing knowledge about sustainability, recycling and saving the earth! June read us her special book 'Tock saves the Earth' and we talked about what we can recycle and what goes in which bins. Tock even talked to us too and we all sang some songs together! This visit really supported the concept of kaitiakitanga and supporting our tamariki in their role as kaitiaki/protectors/guardians of the earth.
