April has been a very busy month for us here at BestStart Sunset. We had our very own PJ day to support and raise awareness for Autism Awareness Day. Tamariki have been learning from home through the variety of experience kaiako are posting on Storypark such as recipes, science experiments and ideas to keep our very active tamariki moving. Whanau are also sharing what they are doing with their tamariki via Storypark via family moments such as tamariki learning to write. While kaiako are posting what they are doing at home with their own families.

To boost our family’s spirts we worked alongside the Easter bunny to put a smile on their faces by dropping off a special Easter goodies to those that celebrate and a special card to thank our essential workers that don’t celebrate Easter.
