Almond and oat crackers

These crackers are super tasty, with a great texture. Everyone will enjoy them.

Ingredients

 Serves 12

  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 1/4 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1/4 cup porridge oats
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Method

  1. Heat oven to 180C
  2. Mix all ingredients together to form a slightly sticky dough
  3. Roll the dough out to approximately 3mm thick on a floured bench top
  4. Cut into desired shapes
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 10-15 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned
