Animal Science
In Matakauri the class we have been exploring different Science topics, led by the children's interests. We focused on Animal Science this week, drawing on children's knowledge about their pets at home, investigating common misconceptions (e.g. around the number of legs!) and learning new facts! Children had the opportunity to get creative by making their own creatures, explore different habitats and much, much more!
