The children enjoyed mixing all the ingredients together, rolling out the dough, using a cookie cutter and creating their own gingerbread men to eat for afternoon tea. We used chocolate chips for the buttons and eyes and a few chocolate chips might of accidentally dissapeared during the baking process.
