BestStart Totara Park's Colour Run
This month our kaiako (teachers) and tamariki (children) celebrated our gala day through having a colour run. This involved children wearing a white t-shirt and creating a variety of coloured powder, formed from cornflour and dye. It started with a water fight and progressed into the kaiako staggering themselves around our concrete track and holding a container filled with a colour to throw at the tamariki running around the track. The day was filled with excitement, laughter and a lot of fun alongside their peers. It was a great success!
