Bike Day

At BestStart St Albans we celerbrated world bike week with a bring your own bike to school day. The Nurery made the most of our big gated car park to set up a bike track with a ramp for the tamaiki. The tamariki got to challenge their bodies and through pushing the bikes around for our yonger tamariki and learning to ride the bikes by using their legs to push themsleves along for the older tamariki. The tamariki also got to practice their social skills as they explore the concept of taking turns with the different bikes on offer.
