Building a playdough fale
The toddlers had fun experimenting with the play dough and combined everything to construct the fale. The preschoolers made shapes out of the play dough by looking at a picture of the fale which was made available to them. They were practicing patience as they carefully placed the play dough on the sticks. They were learning about supporting the play dough with enough sticks to keep it standing.
