We read a book today called 'Not Just A Box' - this got the children thinking they'd like to make their own rocket ship. First they had to find all the boxes they could then decide how they wanted it to look.There was lots of discussion about how it would look and how to make it all stick together. The children then decided to paint it bright red, so it could be seen from space. Once it was completed, we blasted off next to it!
