Busy busy March!
Over the month of March the Little Blue Penguins at BestStart Marchwiel have continued to learn about transport. We have been involved in a number of experiences such as making ramps and roads and getting the children to put the vehicles down it to create tyre tracks with paint. We also bought a new puzzle with four different vehicles which includes a dump truck, cruise ship, steam train and aeroplane. The children have been really enjoying these puzzles and so much conversation has evolved from these puzzles about the different vehicles. On 19th of March we had a blue day to celebrate Plunket. We had a great day dressing in blue, eating blue food, having a teddy bears picnic and also parents paid $1 to vote for a teacher to get gunged. Tash and Bekah were our lucky teachers to get blue gunge tipped over them.
