Caring for Pipi

At BestStart Herewini we are looking at animals and how they can help us, and we can help them.

How can we care for them?
What do they do for us?
What can they give us?
How can we be safe around them?

Today one of our Teachers Jude bought her dog Pipi girl in to play with us.
We were learning the skill of having gentle hands with Pipi,  learning how Pipi feels, learning safe handling rules for Pipi to keep her and us safe.

We are excited to learn about all our animals and how important they are in our everyday life.
