Our annual party at Christmas is a huge event here at BestStart Howick. The whole playground was converted into a fun and picnic area with bouncy castle, face painters, balloon twister and a bubble making machine. This year we had a huge turnout of nearly 150, with parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts and children joining in the fun. Children put on a carol singing show for the parents and that’s when all the cameras went flashing. A time to chill, a time to relax! And that’s exactly what our Whanau did. With the children busy at the bouncy castle or popping bubbles, others had more time to dig into the scrumptious, yummy food, which was followed by ice cream and cakes. Thank you whanau for all your support during 2019, we look forward to an equally enjoyable and learning 2020.
