What a privilege it has been for BestStart Stoddard to showcase our children's imagination, creativity and commitment to sustainability at the Mt Roskill Showcase, proudly displayed at the Lynfield Recreation Centre.
Our tamariki embraced the challenge of turning everyday reused and recycled materials into inspiring works of art, demonstrating that items often considered waste can be transformed into something meaningful and beautiful.
Using cardboard, plastic containers, bottle caps, paper, fabric scraps and other recyclable materials, the children explored endless possibilities through creative thinking, problem-solving and innovation.
This project was more than just an art experience. It provided valuable opportunities for children to learn about sustainability, environmental responsibility and the importance of reducing waste.
