It sure was a very fun day filled with laughter and music and don't forget the cooking! The children made Roti and enjoyed it with a traditional potato and pea curry. We also made mango lassi to wash it all down and then had delicious treats to finish off the celebrations. During the day we had a great time dancing to Indian music and talking about how it is the Indian New Year!
